I first met Blix at the adoption kennel at Southland in October of 2010. There were greyhounds all over the place trying to get my attention, but this sweet boy really just stood out to me. I knew that day he was something special.

I went back to Southland again to pick up a different hound last December and was really surprised to see this sweet boy was still there waiting to be adopted. GPA-N picked Blix up on 2/21. He is now here learning all about living in a home with a family and is doing GREAT! He is such a happy boy. He is so affectionate and just LOVES people.
He went to his first Meet and Greet today and did so well!! He LOVED all of the attention and would just love on anyone who would love on him. He tried really hard to convince LaLa's granddad to take him home with him.

Blix is really looking forward to more Meet and Greets and finding his forever family. Be sure to keep an eye on his blog. I'll have more updates about him soon!
